Membership Relief Fund was started in 2020 to assist families who were facing financial hardship due to the pandemic by covering the cost of their child’s USA Hockey membership.  The pandemic may have caused play to pause briefly, but it didn’t stop the spirit and compassion of those who love the sport of hockey and want to help others.  The USA Hockey Foundation has focused on raising money for this fund and we encourage all families who are experiencing financial hardships to complete a Membership Relief Fund grant application prior to registering their child for the season.  Please click on the following link for more information on the program and for access to the Membership Relief Fund grant application form.
