What's new this year?

Registration for MWAHA-conducted USA Hockey Virtual Seminars is now open!

Classroom Seminar registration is completed through the online USA Hockey Courses System, and will require a profile to complete (Note: USA Hockey Membership Registration as an ice hockey official does not automatically create a USAH Courses System profile).  Also, to be in compliance with new requirements from the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC), USA Hockey has launched a new national level background screening program.

Returning officials who are registering for Level 2, 3 and 4 are required to attend a single virtual classroom session. Sessions are scheduled to last 3-4 hours and multiple sessions will be offered on weekday evenings in August, September and October.

Closed book exams for Level 2, 3 and 4 officials will be conducted via an online platform that is being developed by USA Hockey. Officials will take the exam online and will be required to finish the exam in one sitting. Officials will receive instructions via email from USA Hockey after completion of their virtual seminar.

New officials registering for a Level 1 will be required to attend a single-virtual seminar as well; however, the virtual seminar is scheduled to last 4-5 hours. There is no closed book exam for Level 1 officials.

Please go to the REGISTRATION PROCESS page for a step-by-step guide to this year's registration.
