The Wichita Youth Hockey Association invites you, your teammates and families to enjoy this year’s Junior Thunder Cup Hockey Tournament experiences. We aim for a high quality, fun Youth Hockey Tournament.

Tournament and Entry Details:

·       All Teams must have a USA Hockey Rostersubmitted with this application.

·       Team Entry Fees are as follows: 8U is $500.00; 10U, 12U and 14U is $900.00

·       All teams are guaranteed 4 games.

·       Rules for this Tournament can be found on  the Wichita Youth Hockey Websitewww.wyhajrthunder.com

·       All games will be played at: Wichita Ice Center  505 W. Maple  Wichita, KS  67213

·       First Place and Second Place Teams will receive awards in each Age Group.

·       Each Team MUST expect at least one game on Friday.  Game times will depend on teams entered in the tournament as a whole. Teams that are located closer to Wichita will be given priority on the Friday schedule. Plan your travel accordingly.

·       The game schedule will be posted on the Wichita Youth Hockey website: wyhajrthunder.com and will be emailed to the team contacts no later than one week prior to the event.

·       Entry deadline is October 20th, 2017. However, division(s) could close earlier based on ice time availability and number of teams entered in the tournament overall. You will be notified of acceptance by Monday, October 23rd, 2017.

·       This official Junior Thunder Cup Registrationform and payment must be received by mail or email by the entry deadline, October 20th, 2017 in order to be eligible the tournament. If payment is not received by October 20th, 2017, that team’s application may be considered incomplete and not eligible to play in Junior Thunder Cup for 2017.
