Ice Breaker Youth Hockey Tournament

• All Day, October 13th, 2012
• The Kansas City Stars and the Independence Jr. Mavericks wish to invite you to the Ice Breaker Youth Hockey Tournament to be held Saturday October 13th and Sunday October 14th at Kansas City area hockey rinks.  This tournament is in conjunction with the Ice Breaker premier NCAA Division I college hockey event.  The youth tournament is a USA Hockey sanctioned tournament that will feature teams with excellent competition from Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.
   
  Divisions and Entry Fee:
  Squirt A or A2 teams, $775
  Squirt AA or A1 teams, $775
  Peewee A or A2 teams, $800
  Peewee AA or A1 teams, $800
  Bantam A or A2 teams, $850
  Bantam AA or A1 teams, $850
   
  Each team will be guaranteed a minimum of four games.  We are offering quality trophies, discount hotel rates, no gate fee, AND an opportunity to watch four outstanding college hockey teams play at the Sprint Center in downtown Kansas City, Mo.  The youth games will not conflict with the Ice Breaker college games.  College teams include Notre Dame, Maine, UNO & Army.  Discount tickets are available for the college games.
